Contact and Opening Hours

The practice is open  from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. .

By phone you can reach us from 8-10.30 am, 11.30-12.30 and 2-4 pm by number 070-3551025. If you call our practice you can use the selectbutton 9 for our english spoken text. You will get 4 possibilities to choose of:
1. Emergency: in case of life threatening situations.
2. Repeat prescription: to order your repeat medication.
3. Assistent: if you want to make an appointment or do have a question.
4. Telephone consultation: from 11.00-11.30 am for shorter questions or labarotory results.

Between 10.30-11.00  and  between 12.30- 2.00 p.m. the practice is only available for emergencies via the emergency number

If you require urgent help and the practice line is engaged, you may use the seperate emergency number 070 – 350 25 54

Consultation hours

Consultation is by appointment only, from Monday to Friday. To make an appointment, please call 070 355 83 85 between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., or between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Doctor’s telephone consultation, for enquiries about test results or short questions, between 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. (formerly 10-10.30)

Home visits

If you are unable to come to the practice, you may request a home visit through the assistant.  Requests should be made before 10 a.m. via 070 355 83 85

Mobile Doctors Service Foundation of The Hague

Between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m., at weekends and on public holidays, urgent cases which cannot wait until the next working day should be referred to the Mobile Doctors Service Foundation of The Hague (HADOKS) on telephone 070 346 96 69 – www.hadoks.nl (with English language summary)

Prescriptions

Repeat prescription telephone number: 070 358 59 64 (24 hours daily). Prescriptions requested  may be collected from your pharmacy after 2-3 working days

Accidents and Emergency

In case of a life-threatening situation, when every second counts, call the national alarm number 112 immediately. For all other emergencies, call the emergency number  070 350 25 54
You may also come to the practice for other urgent help, such as minor traumas (stitch wounds, sprains etc).  If possible, please telephone beforehand to say you are coming.
