HOW TO CONTACT THE PRACTICE?
Our practice is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Adress: Frankenslag 160, 2582HX Den Haag.

By phone you can reach us from 8-10.30 am, 11.30-12.30 and 2-4 pm by number 070-3551025. If you call our practice you can use the selectbutton 9 for our english spoken text. You will get 4 possibilities to choose of:
1. Emergency: in case of life threatening situations.
2. Repeat prescription: to order your repeat medication.
3. Assistent: if you want to make an appointment or do have a question.
4. Telephone consultation: from 11.00-11.30 am for shorter questions or labarotory results.

From 10.30-11.00 am and from 12.30-2.00 pm you can phone the practice for emergency only, 070-3551025, selectbutton 1. In case you urgently need our help and our telephone line is busy, you can dial our second emergency number: 070-3502554.

You can also contact our practice by mail: praktijkmanschotbeekink@frankenslag.nl. Keep in mind we may not reply your mail the same day.

CONSULTATION HOURS

For our daily consultation hours you need to make an appointment. To make an appointment, you can phone us from 8-10 am and 14-16 pm on 070-3551025, selectbutton 3.

HOME VISITS

If you are unable to come to the practice, you may request a home visit through the assistant. Requests should be made before 10 am on 070-355 10 25, selectbutton 3.

Between 5 pm and 8 am, at weekends and on public holidays, urgent cases which cannot wait until the next working day should be referred to the Mobile Doctors Service Foundation of The Hague (HADOKS). The SMASH telephonenumber: 070-3469669. Or visit www.hadoks.nl (with English language summary).

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Our repeat prescription telephone number: 070-3551025, selectbutton 2,  (24 hours daily). Prescriptions requested  may be collected from your pharmacy after 2 working days.

ACCIDENTS AND EMERGENCY

In cases of a life-threatening situation, when every second counts, call the national alarm number 112 immediately. For all other emergencies, call the emergency number  070-3502554. You may also come to the practice for other urgent help, such as minor traumas (stitch wounds, sprains etc).  If possible, please telephone our assistant beforehand to say you are coming.
